Since the beginning of 2004, Magiglo commenced its offer of
extended guarantees.
Magiglo’s 12 month guarantee and any extended guarantee are
provided and serviced directly by Magiglo, and not a third party
insurance/service company. Magiglo believe that by offering the service in this
way, our high levels of customer satisfaction can be maintained.
After customers have registered their purchase, they are
sent a pre-approved offer to activate their Premier Service Account. Upon return
of this to Magiglo Ltd, we will register the customer's details, details of
their appliance and period of guarantee cover with our Customer Service
Department.
As a Premier Service Account Holder - In the event of a
problem or issue at any time during your period of cover, simply call our
Customer Service Department, who will be pleased to discuss any concerns that
you may have, and will if necessary, arrange for a qualified Magiglo engineer to
call.
