Why we use retailers
As a company we feel that the sales advice, demonstration facilities and installation experience offered by the independent
retailer are an invaluable necessity in the sale of a specialist product such as fires or fireplaces.

Why we do not sell direct or via the Web
We do not have the facility for consumers to purchase our products on this site, and we do not intend for this situation to alter.
We feel that although many items are appropriate for selling via the web, our products are not. We believe that offering high levels of support and expertise via
our retailers is a far better method for ensuring customer satisfaction. We can, however, supply spare parts direct as required.

Spare Parts
Parts are available for our fires. These can be sourced in the first instance from your local or normal retailer. In the case
of any difficulties in obtaining these, please contact us.

Our Internet Sales Policy
It is our opinion that the Internet is an excellent medium for promoting the Magiglo range of fires and authorised retail outlets.
However we do not believe that the aforementioned quality of service and customer satisfaction can be attained by making these products available to the public
in an online direct sales service. It would be irresponsible to sell such technically complex products directly to a customer without the accompanying expert retailer
support, and on that premise do not authorise any retailer to sell our products online.
We strongly recommend you to be very wary of anyone quoting discounted products on-line, or offering to deliver products outside
of their immediate area.
Magiglo pride ourselves on the build quality of our fires. All Magiglo products undergo a stringent testing process before leaving
the premises, so as to comply with the highest regulatory safety standards. With quality in mind, we have a close working relationship with our carefully selected
retailers to ensure that our customers receive the best possible pre and post sales service.
The current Magiglo website, like its predecessor, does not offer the ability to purchase fires directly from us. All Magiglo
authorised retailers are thoroughly trained, making sure that they are fully adept when it comes to our products and therefore able to offer expert advice to the
customer regarding selection, installation and servicing.
